Two Creeks Celebrates Grand Opening with Diamond Giveaways

MONARCH HOMES – JACKSONVILLE, FL –

Realtors and VIP’s gathered at Two Creeks’ Amenity Center on April 8th and agreed that the community sparkled like the diamonds that were given away at Two Creeks Dipping for Diamonds VIP/Realtor Luncheon.

The luncheon celebrated the grand opening of the community and amenity center, and allowed VIP’s and Realtors the opportunity to win one of four diamonds that were frozen in ice cubes. Upon arrival, every guest was handed a cup with an ice cube and had to wait for their ice to melt to see if a diamond was revealed. The gorgeous diamonds were provided by David Leslie Jewelers and ranged in size from .25 to 1.14 carats.

Guests also enjoyed a catered lunch from Carrabba’s and limo bus tours of Two Creeks, stopping at each builder’s model. Representatives from American Homebuilders, DR Horton, Drees Homes and Monarch Homes were all on hand to provide Realtors with information and answer any questions about the homes the four builders offer in Two Creeks.

Realtors were quite impressed with Two Creeks’ brand new amenity center and all it offers to new residents. The amenity center features stunning design and architecture with a clubhouse accented by natural stone and shake shingles. The center showcases a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an outdoor summer kitchen with grilling area in the wide breezeway, oversized swimming pool with a children’s water feature, lighted basketball and tennis courts, state of the art fitness center, and a playground providing endless possibilities for recreation and leisure for all ages. The amenity center is graciously embraced by a stunning natural stone and wrought iron wall.

“It was so refreshing to see a new community with a unique look and personality,” said diamond winner, Cynthia Thomas with Vanguard Realty. “Two Creeks offers more than the basic cookie cutter homes. There are beautiful exteriors with brick and stone elevations and the amenities are awesome, but the best thing about Two Creeks is that it’s affordable.”

The drive into Two Creeks, a one of a kind community by developer Monarch One Land Group, can be compared to an entrance of a magical forest with breathtaking landscaping, uncommon in other communities in Clay County. When developing Two Creeks, the developer’s first priority was the natural beauty of the neighborhood, which has been preserved with over 250 acres of undisturbed land and 27 pristine lakes. Monarch One Land Group is owned by Donald S. Ware, a veteran of the homebuilding industry in North Florida and widely respected for his attention to detail in design. He has carried that same design attention over to the community of Two Creeks, which is widely evident in the entrance, the grand scheme of home site placement and the charming amenity center.

Two Creeks is less than five miles from the brand new Oak Leaf Town Center that will be home to popular shopping, cozy and upscale restaurants, and first-class entertainment. With convenient access to I-10 and I-295, bustling downtown or the picturesque beaches of Jacksonville are never far from Two Creeks.

To visit Two Creeks from I-10 travel south on Chaffee Road (approximately 12 miles). Turn right on Trail Ridge Road to Two Creeks’ entrance. Or, take I-295 to Blanding Blvd. (south). Turn right on Branan Field/Chaffee Road and turn left on Trail Ridge Road to the Two Creeks entrance.

Monarch Homes Launches in North Florida

MONARCH HOMES – JACKSONVILLE, FL –

After a brief hiatus, veteran homebuilder Donald S. Ware has returned to homebuilding with the launch of his brand new company, Monarch Homes. With some of the most well respected names in the North Florida homebuilding industry including Chuck Hiers, Kenny Johns, and Karen Chappell on his team, Donnie is confident in Monarch’s rapidly growing success.

Donnie established himself with D.S. Ware Homes of Florida and earned a reputation as one of the highest quality homebuilders in the Jacksonville area. D.S. Ware Homes received repeated superior rankings and awards for their unrivaled customer satisfaction and warranty program. Through his career, Donnie Ware’s name has become synonymous with homebuilding excellence.

Because of this level of excellence, D.S. Ware Homes sold in 2002 to a national builder. Donnie planned to retire and take life easy, but he quickly realized he was not yet ready to turn from the passion and drive he had for homebuilding. After reconnecting with Chuck, Kenny and Karen who share the same passion and reputation, Monarch Homes was born.

Monarch Homes stands behind every home they build and serves Northeast Florida with the philosophy of building every home with the utmost attention to detail, quality and design and to build customers for life. Because of their years of experience and construction knowledge, Monarch Homes ensures timely completion but never sacrifices the incredible quality of their design or construction process.

To ensure complete customer satisfaction, Monarch conducts a series of walk throughs during the building process. The four-step method consists of the Pre-Start Orientation, Pre-Drywall Orientation, Pre-Closing Walk Through, and finally the Customer Verification Walk Through.

“It’s a procedure that keeps the customer involved throughout the whole building process,” said Chuck Hiers, Senior Vice President of Construction. “If customers are involved from start to finish, it results in a happier and more informed buyer.”

Monarch’s customers also receive special features in their new homes which other builders might consider upgrades. These features include, all wood cabinets, brushed nickel hardware, coach lighting, niches and arches in doorways, and tilt-out windows, to name only a few. These elegant extras are what set Monarch Homes apart from other builders.

The team at Monarch has gone a step further in order to satisfy customers with Monarch One Land Group, a division of Monarch Homes that has enabled them to offer premium land positions. Being both a land developer and a homebuilder, Monarch has the advantage and ability to effectuate the vision of a community from the onset, starting in the preplanning stages to conceptual design to implementation and fulfillment. Monarch One Land Group has aided Monarch Homes in staying competitive and offering excellent value to its customers.

“There is nothing more important to us than complete customer bliss. We’ve spent our entire careers working toward this goal. It’s what drives the passion in us,” said Donnie Ware of his team at Monarch Homes. “We offer innovative designs, outstanding construction, desirable communities at reasonable prices. We believe you can express your creativity and still be affordable. A home is the single most important purchase people will make in their lifetime and it has to be right, every time.”

Monarch is currently developing and building homes in Two Creeks, a one of a kind, master-planned community. The drive into Two Creeks can be compared to an entrance of a magical forest with breathtaking landscaping uncommon in other communities in Clay County.

When developing Two Creeks, Monarch’s first priority was the natural beauty of the neighborhood, which has been preserved with over 250 acres of undisturbed land and 27 pristine lakes. Two Creeks offers its residents a new amenity center, lighted basketball and tennis courts, state of the art fitness center, and community parks and play stations providing endless possibilities for recreation and leisure.

Two Creeks is less than five miles from the brand new town center that will be home to popular shopping, charming restaurants, and entertainment. With convenient access to I-10 and I-295, bustling downtown or the picturesque beaches of Jacksonville are never far from Two Creeks.

Donald S. Ware of Monarch Homes Reunites Dream Team

MONARCH HOMES – JACKSONVILLE, FL –

Monarch Homes, headed by industry expert Donald S. Ware, has reunited an all-star team who virtually helped to pioneer homebuilding as we know it in Northeast Florida. With over 30 years each of construction experience, Monarch’s President, Donald S. Ware, Jr., Senior Vice President of Construction, Chuck Hiers, and Senior Vice President of Land Acquisition, Kenny Johns have come together to create something great but knew they were missing a key player on their team.

The recent addition of Chief Operating Officer, Karen Chappell, has completed the Monarch Dream Team. This group of well-respected and highly regarded professionals in the homebuilding industry has rejoined forces to create the powerhouse that is Monarch Homes.

“Karen was the missing piece of the puzzle,” said Donnie Ware, President of Monarch Homes. “The Monarch team has a strong history of success, not only individually, but collectively. I couldn’t ask for a better group of professionals and friends to work with everyday. We have been working side by side for so long and the results are a team that works seamlessly, communicates so well and puts our customers at the forefront of everything we do.”

Karen joins the Monarch team with a strong background of 25 years in homebuilding. Karen worked with Donnie and the rest of the Monarch dream team for 11 years at D.S. Ware Homes. Before returning to join forces with Donnie at Monarch, Karen was working as a city manager in Ocala.

As Monarch Homes’ COO Karen will have a hands-on role with customers working with homebuyers through the construction process, financing, and handling all sale closings.

“I couldn’t be happier to be back with Donnie, Chuck, and Kenny,” said Karen Chappell, Monarch’s new Chief Operating Officer. “Its so exciting to be partnered up again people who know how to get things done! Its amazing how fast Monarch is growing. We take new leaps and bounds everyday. That’s the advantage of working with experienced and seasoned veterans of the homebuilding industry.”

Karen has come on board and quickly had to dive in with Monarch’s Clay County community Two Creeks growing so rapidly. Ten homes have already been sold and currently Monarch has two models in Two Creeks that showcase the builder’s outstanding architectural designs and sharp attention to detail. A third model is scheduled to open at the end of March in the gated area of the community.

D.S. Ware Homes Opens New Models at Durbin Crossing

D.S. Ware is displaying their luxurious, elegant and affordable designs at the most popular community in St. John’s County, Durbin Crossing. The homebuilder opened two lavish models to the public in early December.

“Our plans in Durbin Crossing boast the luxury, quality and affordability that D.S. Ware has earned its reputation,” said Karen Chappell, President. “The models exemplify what our designs offer and help families find the best layout for their needs.”

D.S. Ware’s models in the community are the Tuscany II, a one-story design with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms encompassing 3,237 square feet, and the Venice I, offering 2,782 square feet with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Both models offer a glimpse into the customized options that D.S. Ware offers with all floorplans in Durbin Crossing.

Within the community, D.S. Ware Homes will offer 13 floorplans, ranging from 2,072 square feet to over 3,200 square feet. Sandy Tabak and Kathie Lee Menninger, the new home consultants in Durbin Crossing, help families find the perfect home design for their lives.

“We chose these designs to help families at any stage in their lives, whether they are newlyweds, a growing family or empty nesters, find something that fits their needs,” said Chappell. “Along with the customizable options, homebuyers can be confident that we are able to create their dream home.”

The Tuscany offers an elegant entrance with a beautifully detailed foyer. The foyer leads to the living room, which can be converted into a study or a special place for formal occasions. The foyer, formal living and dining rooms, as well as the kitchen, nook, family room and lanai have soaring 12’ ceilings for a spacious and airy feel.

The open kitchen offers a large center island that also serves as a seating area and makes it easy for the whole family to gather. A café is close for less formal meals. The flowing design continues to the family room, featuring an arched niche wall for an optional fireplace or built-in shelving.

The luxury owner’s suite boasts a walk-in closet and lavish bath, with corner garden tub, dual-raised vanity sinks and frameless-glass enclosed shower. A sitting area, with access to the covered lanai, is the perfect space to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, while enjoying the natural beauty of Durbin Crossing. The owner’s suite exudes the luxury that D.S. Ware is known for and offers a wonderful escape right in the home. The Tuscany II model also boasts three secondary bedrooms, two of which share a Jack and Jill bath. The third secondary bedroom has a spacious pool bath, which also connects to the lanai.

The Venice I, offers 2,782 square feet in a spacious one-floor design and is also available with an optional upstairs bonus room. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and a three-car garage, this home is perfect for growing families. The front entry with relaxing porch leads into the foyer and adjacent formal dining room, both with 12-foot ceilings. The design continues to the open family room and kitchen, creating a great space for entertaining guests. In the kitchen, a spacious island serves as a seating area to enjoy the spacious kitchen and family rooms, which are open to each other and have soaring cathedral ceilings. A café overlooks the generous lanai and serves as a great place to enjoy breakfast and lunch.

The luxury owner’s suite offers large windows in its bayed wall to view the beauty of nature, as well as a connected bath with luxury features like corner garden tub, dual-raised vanity sinks and a separate shower with frameless glass enclosure. The walk-in closet is spacious enough for two wardrobes.

Three standard bedrooms complete the design, which offer the versatility D.S. Ware is known for. They can easily be transitioned to a study or sitting area. Two of these bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath and the convertible third has its own bath as well.

“We are so excited to be part of Durbin Crossing,” said Chappell. “It is a community that truly offers everything that families want.”

The all-inclusive lifestyle Durbin Crossing provides is a standout feature for the community. The community boasts two master-planned amenity centers with architectural designs reflecting the heritage of the area. The South Amenity Center offers a 5,000-square-foot grand clubhouse with party room, full catering kitchen, and community boardroom overlooks a massive pool with junior Olympic length lanes and starting blocks, waterslide and separate children’s pool.

Also at the South Amenity Center, the state-of-the-art fitness center features the most modern innovations including a variety of cardio equipment with personal flat-screen televisions that rival any professional gym. A multi-purpose field with four lighted tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, and children’s play area complete the offerings of the South Amenity Center.

The community’s North Amenity Center is a more intimate version of the South Center with the same beautiful architecture, but with luxuries all its own including a gorgeous clubhouse with party kitchen and clubroom, an oversized family fun pool with splash park, a children’s play area, four lighted tennis courts, basketball court and a perfectly manicured multi-purpose field. Both amenity centers offer daily activities, events and private parties.

Both of the amenity centers host popular events for residents throughout the year, such as holiday parties, fitness classes and networking opportunities for families. When combined with two parks that encompass 35-acres and unprecedented natural beauty, families find that Durbin Crossing really does offer it all.

Residents also enjoy a completed road infrastructure for convenience and added connectivity in the community. Durbin Crossing is also conveniently located adjacent to several of the St. Johns County School District’s highest rated schools.
