From start to finish David and I were very pleased with our home building experience with Monarch Homes. They are indeed a high class organization. The warm and friendly sales staff, especially Jeannie Soler, were always there to guide us along the process and prompt to respond to phone calls and emails. In addition, they were very agreeable to changes we made along the way. The construction manager, Chuck Hiers, was always on top of every step of the building process to make sure things were done properly and in a timely manner, not to mention that he always took time to meet with us if we had any concerns or questions. It was very evident that they wanted to make sure the buyer was satisfied with the end product. Finally, the lender, Tom Lemmon of Bank of America, made the closing process as seamless as possible. This was our third home buying experience, including building another one, and this was by far the best experience. We are very happy with our quality built Monarch home.

As recent purchaser of a brand new Monarch Home in Two Creeks Subdivision, I would like to let everyone know that the sight agents were wonderful! Jeannie has such enthusiasm for her job and she made buying a home fun. The process went very well Karen, Vice President and Chuck, Builder of Monarch Homes were more than helpful! The customer service level we received was outstanding! We closed 19 days after contract. I had been in marketing for my company before purchasing and the customer service pleasantness of the staff is what made me come back when I decided it was time to buy my home. I love my new home, my favorite thing is the beautiful archways that add such character and make our home very custom! Anyway, I love it and want to say thank you to all of the staff at Monarch Homes.

We are proud new home owners of a wonderful Monarch home in The Preserve at Two Creeks.

We had just arrived in FL from Germany and were searching for that “perfect” house. We looked and looked and could not seem to find anything to our liking, as the quality and craftsmanship was lacking everywhere else.

Then we discovered The Preserve at Two Creeks. We love the location on the nature preserve. It’s scenic, quiet and filled with beauty and wildlife. It’s close to great schools, shopping centers, restaurants and the amenity center is such a bonus too (especially for the kids)!

Making our dream come true would not have been possible without all the hard work and dedication put in by the sales office (Karen, Diane and Jeannie), the builder and his crew, the bank (Bank of America) and everyone else that made it all possible. They were very willing to make any changes we requested and in a timely manner, as we were on a deadline.
