Donnie established himself with D.S. Ware Homes of Florida and earned a reputation as one of the highest quality homebuilders in the Jacksonville area. D.S. Ware Homes received repeated superior rankings from J.D. Powers and Associates for their unrivaled customer satisfaction and warranty program. Through his career, Donnie Ware’s name has become synonymous with home building excellence.
Because of this level of excellence, D.S. Ware Homes sold in 2002 to a national builder. Donnie planned to retire and take life easy, but he quickly realized he was not yet ready to turn from the passion and drive he had for homebuilding. After reconnecting with Chuck and Kenny, who both share the same passion and reputation, Monarch Homes was born.

To ensure complete customer satisfaction, Monarch conducts a series of walk throughs during the building process. The four-step method consists of the Pre-Start Orientation, Pre-Drywall Orientation, Pre-Closing Walk Through, and finally the Customer Verification Walk Through.
